"Feed the Hungry" Project
This project not only feeds the hungry, but also helps
our church members learn how to serve others.
We learn from Christ how to live our life. He would stop just for one person. He stayed with the hungry, the sick, orphans, and widows. Quite a few years have passed since the mission in the slums was started, but we are still surprised at how much hunger is around, how many abandoned old people and orphans. Every day our church prepares a hot dinner for the disabled, orphans, the elderly, and for the children whose parents drink alcohol and do not take care of them.
This project not only feeds the hungry, but also helps our church members learn how to serve others. Every day we feed 218 people from the two poor districts of Dunga and Kapuothe.
